Descerning Truth

When I was growing up, my parents taught me that honesty was always the best policy. In the first place, my parents said, God wanted me always to tell the truth, and in the second place, they expected me always to tell the truth. …said that the girl is just jealous and that she is going to tell her boyfriend about it. I told her to wait, play along but stay alert. Later she found out that everything that that x-girlfriend said was true and she just tried to warn my friend. This is only one of many examples that shows us that when we hear something negative about others, we should not just start blaming them without investigating.
