…definitely reform their ways of management, in order to best suit their company, and there is no right way or wrong way to manage. The bottom line is if the upper management is happy with lower level operation then someone is doing their job correctly. Also if the company is doing well and the workers are relatively satisfied, then they have found out their proper way to manage a company. It's as simple as that.
