Dial-up Compared to High Speed Access

…goal ,but at different ways of connecting to the internet. As stated above in the amount of time it took to connect to the internet and at the speed the internet was surfed. And also at the rate it took to download program from the internet. The deciding factor in choosing one over the other would come down to price and the amount of patience one would have in there connection speed to they internet.
