…many places. They are out there, illegal, but they are there. Whether or not to make them available out in the open, remains to be debated. People will still fight on either side. Nothing has happened yet, and the future does not look different. So for all the people who are waiting to be able to smoke their blunts, dubies, or mary janes in the middle of their favorite park, may just have to wait.
