Eisenhower

President Dwight D. Eisenhower was the Supreme Allied Commander during the 4 most formative years in American history. He lead the troops onto the beaches of Normandy and through the Battle of the Bulge successfully. He was also a man that was morally opposed to war. …world there will never be perfect cut and dry situations and there will always be people who have nothing in their hearts but hate. So I do believe war is justified in some cases to SOLVE conflict as quickly as possible but I would never say a war like Vietnam is justified. If we could say that we truly loved more and judged less this world would be full of less conflict and more tolerance.
