A situation in which the government is only interested in exploiting the masses through various taxes and levies while neglecting its statutory responsibilities leads to regression of morality, norms, and values. Government should wake up from its slumber and fund education adequately, pay teachers adequately, supply good quality books, and make money for research available. It is only then that we can bid good-bye to examination mal-practices.
