Field trip in the community

In a society as complex as ours; it is essential that we have strong, outspoken leaders that will help improve our lives. Leaders need to be influential, and they need to be able to communicate well with others. Without the ability to get along and talk with others, it will not be possible to influence and direct others in the right direction.
