…well as a deadly enemy. Not only does it provide us with a fantastic natural light show, it also benefits us on a global scale through heat dissipation. Perhaps someday, as technology advances, scientists will be able to alleviate the global warming problem through either the manipulation of lightning, or the creation of artificial lightning. In the mean time, we'll just have to sit back and watch the show, from a safe place of course.
