Free Will versus Determinism
"To be or not to be, this is the question" . In this famous and well known statement Shakespeare opens an enormous number of questions and reflections about life. Through many years ordinary people and remarkable philosophers have debated about this quandary. So many dilemmas have been raised around this issue such as: what is the meaning for "to be", weather the life is real or merely a dream, to be existent or not, and so
we have free will in many things but others are determined by superior forces. And I agree with Hospers that everything from our childhood builds our future life but don't believe in luck. Also I add that our moral standards are the limit for our free action. Concluding, the freedom and determinism as well as our background are in front of us in our every day actions; but our values control many of our decisions.
