The Towers of Freedom <Tab/>Two men that stood up for their freedom, two men that stood up on what they believe in. These men are Martin Luther King Jr. and Nelson Mandela who stood up like sturdy towers against the torrent of segregation and apartheid. …and others devised a plan. Called the "M" plan after Mandela, it organized the ANC into small units of people who could then encourage grassroots participation in antiapartheid struggles. As a result of their efforts Mandela had an eminent future and he became the president of South Africa. However on King's side although he made very good steps and actions his future was too dark he was assassinated at the Lorraine Motel in Memphis, Tennessee.
