…s really helpful because it made me aware that our free speech really is becoming limited. Sunstein, Cass R. Democracy and the Problem of Free Speech Free Press, (February 1995) Very helpful book. Cass Sunstein challenges conventional answers with a remarkable array of lucid arguments and legal examples. His is probably the best book I have read on the subject. It further explained how our constitutional protection of free speech can serve to strengthen our democracy.
