…They are renaming their gangs by creating political organization that appeal to the community and government, yet the membership and the main source of income of the gang has not, nor will it ever change. Many gangs have realized that there are existing; court injunctions which prohibit Law Enforcement Officers to conduct surveillance infiltrating the ranks on any type of organization that supports to represent some political movement of course of action.
