…They end up being miserable and making people around themselves miserable too. They end up not feeling satisfied with their lives since they cannot get what they have deserved, in this case, pay rise or promotion. There have been gender bias for a long time and definately there is going to be, too. Because nothing will change unless people want to change them and it is obvious that men do not want to anything change.
