…to the world. As opposed to ending the crisis on world hunger, GMO's will actually lengthen it by putting third world farmers out of business. Since hunger is a geopolitical problem it cannot be solved simply by increasing overall food production. Without third world farmers who are able to compete with the first world, it is unlikely that a solution to world hunger will ever be found. As a result, GMO's should not be used.
