…and we are all equal no matter what our differences, and Ghandi got this message through to many of his followers. Ghandi was able to achieve his goals due to the many admirable qualities he possessed. He was able to practice non-cooperation and non-violence while many other people would have broken down and resorted to violence, Ghandi took it all and just turned the other cheek. This is why he appealed to so many people.
