Introduction: Globalization is a very complex issue "buzzword" and many people have their own definitions. Lubbers & Koorevaar (1998, internet) argue that Globalization is "a complex concept that involves both political, economic, and social-cultural changes". Scheuerman (2002, internet) defined the globalization as "free market", "economic liberalization", forms of political, economic, and cultural life "westernization" or "Americanization", "Internet Revolution" and "global integration". …amp; McGrew, book, p4). Conclusion Globalization is a complicated area that is difficult to define and is not a recent phenomenon but has been under way for centuries. The globalization of the earth is growing stronger and more evident. Technology is the leading cause of globalization. This high speed transportation, information & communication technologies deforming the geographical boundaries which enable a growth in global economic which is strengthen by policies and enable harmonized culture.
