…that the project is already 200 million dollars in debt and running 26 months late. Funny how crews could build an overpass over Interstate 65 in a few short months, way ahead of schedule and probably without as much hassle, and crews worked 24 hours a day, but clean-up crews can not clean-up radioactive material in groundwater! I see a major problem, and the smallest portion of the problem is that an interstate is more important than human life.
