HaleaKala Volcano

HaleaKala is the second largest shield volcano in the world. It's under historical status, which means it is dormant or not active right now. The summit elevation is 10,023 feet high, its latitude is 70.8 degrees North, and its longitude is 156.25 degrees west. They opened and help lengthen the valleys until the rivers nearly met at the summit, cutting out or at least deepening the vast crater and scouring deeply into older lava flows. Then 20,000 years ago HaleaKala volcanic activity renewed the lava partly filling the crater and flowing down the stream cut valley.
