Hegemony.

As advanced as our society may claim to be regarding our values, morals, and mentality, the fact still remains that 200 years after slavery was abolished, and the racist wall was knocked down we are still fighting the same wars. You can see it, everyday, in the movies, in the commercials, in the advertisements, in the schools. See the thing is, as society, we haven't taken racism out of circulation, we have merely suppressed the feelings …

…the American culture, to attack and persecute the successful, affluent and influence Black American Man. Whether the African community agreed with Ludacris's politics, they did not agree with O'Reilly's and it had to be stopped. Although this sticky situation will never come close to breaking through the hatred and resentment that resides within the division of races, it is just one more step in the direction that one day life will be free from prejudice.
