High Performance teams

…the more diverse group there will be more opportunity for new ideas. This is not to say that having a diverse group does not have its hindrances. It is difficult for people of different values and backgrounds to understand each other at first and there is great chance for conflict. Once these issues are resolved and the team members have more of an understanding of each other the team will be better for its diversity.
