History of PE

While going up, sports were a big influence in my life. There was not a day that went by that I would have to go outside and throw either the football or baseball around with my dad whenever he got home from work. In my early years all sports were to me was going across the street and gathering a group of friends and playing a pick-up game of football, basketball, or the game loved …

…can remember and I think that I always will. The PE education has help me with that by opening my eyes to different activities then just the three or four main sports that I participated in growing up. Those sports will stick with me when I get old because some of them I may be able to participate when I am to old to be doing the more physical sports that I am doing now.
