How Japans Geography has effected it economically and socially.

Japan's geography has influenced its economy and has also socially affected it. Japan is located off the east coast of Asia on the Pacific Rim. Through out Japanese history they have been isolated from other countries because of their location geographically. They also import raw materials and than process them into a product and export them to other countries to make a profit. They have little land or natural resources so they take them from other countries through militarism. They are an expanding population and they have nowhere to expand so they need to come up with new ways to develop and grow.
