How would Condorcet and Smith use reason to create a better society?

Reason is defined as the capacity for logical, rational, analytical thought, and intelligence. Using reason to come to a conclusion is used by all of us every day. But using reason to create a better society is a bit trickier than our decision to roll out of bed every morning. …mind progresses over these stages we are in time able to find all wrongs and imperfections. We can then fix these imperfections, thus making our societies that much closer to perfection. Although were probably past his tenth stage of the progress of the human mind, we are still fixing and also creating more wrongs. Our societies are not as good as it will get, but through history we may be able to come to perfection.
