Howard Phillips The Constitution Party

HOWARD PHILLIPS Howard Phillips is classified as a family man. He is married to Peggy Phillips and has six children ranging in age from 13 to 34, and 12 grandchildren. Phillips is, like many politicians, well educated from a well known ivy-league university. He is a 1962 graduate of Harvard College where he was twice elected president of the Student Council. The Party wants to re-vamp the "distant Washington government", and returnn it to the state and small communities.
