ITIL and COBIT

Both COBIT control approach and ITIL IT service management came in on the right position. The purpose of conducting this paper is providing a better understanding and identical the differentiation between these two approaches. By conducting this paper, it bring a significant benefit of better understanding of these two approaches, which increase the knowledge in certain field.
