Ideal Employee

The ideal employee described in this paper is not the average Joe or Jill off the street. The ideal employee needs so many different traits and diverse skills that it would be hard to find one person who could fit the description. …the worst thing I could advise. Frank did not have the time to go to counseling, so instead I recommended the overtime work on Saturdays, while he missed a few more Mondays. It worked, although I am not personally sure that it was the best answer to this case. I agree that something needed to be done, but I partly feel that he should have brought this problem to me before continually calling off sick.
