…to show how in almost every movie we watched this semester was created about the Vietnam War and centered around a white leader or leaders, who seem to have a rough, hard nosed personality and they lived and breathed for the United States Marine Corp. A few of the movies that I will attempt to show examples of how this was done will be Full Metal Jacket, We Were Soldiers, The Deer Hunter, and Platoon.
