Immunology

Immunology is the study of the immune system. Immunology began in the 19th century and up to the early 1960's immunology was a "descriptive" science, but in the last 20 years thanks to the tools of modern science, genetics, and biology we have a much better understanding of the immune system. …time we don't, but all in all it was a wonderful time spent and much was learned through the entire co worker's advice and helping hands. I know I got more out of this internship then any other I have taken in City As School. Being in a real hospital environment is a thrill and talking to research scientists always leaves me truly impressed with the work they do everyday. <Tab/>
