Most of us are very aware of what is and what is not acceptable at the workplace, in the classroom and in our community. So much is made of accepting others and being mindful as to not offend our colleagues, classmates and neighbors. …of how our every day culture and our actions can have a negative impact on international partners. We must strive to omit offensive actions and strive for respect of one another. There is certainly much to be learned from all parties involved through our business transactions. Cross-cultural business is here to stay; the sooner we embrace it, the better off we'll all be.
