…better at my job. I studied the many leadership styles and skills needed to be successful and found that no one style is effective in all situations. Using a combination of skill and style to each situation makes you more successful. The situation is dependent on situational variables including job structure, level of stress, group support and experience. I feel I have learned an invaluable lesson to make better decisions as a leader and manager.
