…ailments, mental health issues, extreme fatigue and stress. Our society has grossly underrated, and long forgotten the importance of a balanced lifestyle. By setting aside time for leisure, not only is there an improvement in the quality of life, there is also improvement in productivity at work. I believe that to be truly happy, one needs to have the ability to stay with his/her career, while being able to enjoy life free of guilt.
