…to hope for no recession or even more of an increase in tuition. <Tab/>The bottom line is, American's are now losing ground, and meaning, society has no ground to stand on or to say anything. While financial aid is helpful, still in 2004, tuition has not yet decreased and most likely, never will. Americans, whether high or low-income, will always have to find a way to afford their college of choice.
