The date was August 27, 1890 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. On this day two Russian-Jewish immigrants, Melach and her husband had a child. His name was Emmanuel Radnitsky. His life and art spoke of freedom, pleasure, and the desire for extended awareness and means of expression. On November 18, 1976, Man Ray died in Paris at the age of 86 but Ray continues to be noticed and praised for his inspiring work.
