…thought of being unethical and was rejected. Ahmed Automobiles has a good name in the market and if we apply this concept, our reputation would not be the same as it is now. Other ethical issues like the wage differentials which brought unhappyness in the workforce was solved as the new wage scheme was introduced, which ensured that employees with a higher experience and better qualification are to recieve higher wages. This resolved the problem.
