…turned into a massive very costly project which took many years and many people which effected who won World War II. Still unknown to this day is why the Allied lunched the atomic bombs against Japan at a time when it was obvious that they were going to win the war. After all of the millions of bombs used, only two atomic bombs had a lasting effect, and they brought the war to an end.
