…patrolling the streets and trying to keep the people of America safe. On the other hand, an opposing argument can be made that people need their rights and when the police violate these in any way, shape, or form the people need to be protected from police wrongdoings. In my opinion the exclusionary rule may give too many rights too our people and to many safeguards for our police officers to be tip toeing around.
