…wanted a peaceful change things sometimes got violent. On Saturday, June 20, 1964 the New York Times released a paper that showed when the Civil Rights Bill was passed. These new laws ended many unfair rules. It was what Martin Luther King Jr. Had worked for. Every day hundreds of people visit Dr. King's grave site. The words cut into the stone say, "Free at Last, Free at Last. Thank God Almighty, I am Free at Last."
