…Some people just don't make enough money to save up for a child. They need the help of their job in order to help their new born. Using sick days is not enough to take care of an infant, plus it's not fair for the mother or father to use their sick days when they are not actually sick. Employers should understand and be considerate of their workers as their workers are considerate of them.
