In all actuality, my opinion is that it simply serves as legal documentation that the Healthone "entity" has instituted the training as a means of protection from any litigation...not to encourage growth in diversity. The old adage, "The things change...the more they stay the same" applies in this case. Perhaps I should develop a matrix in order to measure and quantify my future decisions.
