Media Violence and American Youth

…with their children, and limit the number of hours they spend watching T.V. Parents should be aware of what their children are watching, and not necessarily rely on a V-chip or the staff of a movie theater. After all, it is the parents who must set the example, not the television. When members of my generation become parents, we must struggle to be upset by violence again, so that our children will be too.
