Morality and the Human Genome Project

…an imminent breach of good conscience and morals. Perhaps it is the fear of the new and unknown. Perhaps it is the need for individuality and originality in all of us. But whatever the dilemma facing the Project it is clear that public outcry is increasing. I would, however, hope that the public is wise enough to see that while the future can be frightening, a change is sometimes more advantageous that it would seem.
