…to discover and develop my talents, which has keep me engaged in my work. It has also built up my self-esteem and confidence working with groups. One manager used to tell me that my strengths need to utilized in order for me to grow within the organization, and she was right. When managers engage employees and or groups, companies will reap reward in lower turnover and higher productivity. Employees and customers will both be satisfied.
