…was not diverse enough to accurately represent the working public. My wife has talked about returning to school on many occasions, but she unlike me doesn't have the same motivations as I do. She has her own hair salon, which she runs. Getting a degree will not help advance her career at it will mine. My motivation for advancement and growth at my job, while her motivation is the advancement and growth of the business.
