…offered with it a chance for young urbanites their own type of music. Techno gave people the feeling of fancy-free fun, even if some people reached the level artificially. Now i cannot choose the singular most prominent music of the 90's without being a bit prejudice (I'm a bit partial to Alternative) but as I see it defining the 90's by one type of music is like defining the world population by a singular attribute.
