The organisational structure is the way in which management is organised. The size of the business and the business environment are some factors that affect the organisational structure. There is not one structure that fits every business. If I were to run a business I would choose a fairly small organisation, which is looking to grow. I do not see myself as this person and would like to work with middle managers to provide ideas and help relieve some of the hard work and decision-making. In addition, I would not use the person culture for running my business, as I believe rules to be important. This structure is also very untidy and depends on creativity, which I consider to be risky.
