…these countries I see as being extremely beneficial to both parties involved. The United States simple must focus on the problems these countries have, which lead them to produce and smuggle drugs, instead of focusing on the problem of how these drugs are getting in the hands of children in the United States, we are one step behind in this war, and will continue to be until our economic policies towards these countries are changed.
