Packet Preferencing

A packet is a block of data (called a payload) with address and administrative information attached to allow a network of nodes to deliver the data to the destination. …and the user should be given the sovereignty of choosing what to visit because humans can only make decisions that are reason based and logical. So the blocking one content might not matter to one person a lot but might matter to another person. Therefore, I believe that computers should not be able to choose whether or not a packet should be allowed or disallowed. So I do not support the idea of packet preferencing
