…is because they are inexperienced and thus by definition cannot intellectually perceive in a higher power. Maybe the knowledge one acquires from years of living is what enables one to have faith. And maybe the infantile comprehension that one clings to in order to make sense of the world is the key reason for misperception. And maybe all this compels humans to wander further into the search for what really does exist outside of perception.
