Personal Goals.

Personal goals, such as obtaining a bachelor's degree, are often a difficult process, but they would not be goals if they were easy. As a student at University of Phoenix, I plan to set my personal standards very high. Goals are important to me, as they should be, but sometimes people abandon their goals due to impulses or greed. …demonstrate quality leadership. A leader should always display good character and be professional at all times, as well as accountable, reliable, and very approachable. Through my education at the University of Phoenix, I believe that I can, and will, obtain these qualities. I plan to equip myself with new and effective tools and to apply them in my profession.
