…down and try to think of my strengths and weaknesses. Growth and change only occurs when you are aware of your strengths and weaknesses. It is very important to figure them out so we can improve on them. However, improving your weaknesses is a difficult task. Creating a plan for improvement it easy, but implementing the plan is not. We have to stay focused on what needs improvement so we can succeed at our goals.
